At The Lenox Collection, we are committed to welcoming all travelers with a number of accessible rooms designed to accommodate those with unique needs

All of our Accessible Rooms include a roll-in shower, accessible toilets, grab bars, and roll-under sinks, in addition hearing accessible rooms with visual alarms, visual notification devices for entry door, and vibrating alarms are also available. All rooms are accompanied by braille and tactile signage.

The public spaces on our property, including entrances, corridors, and the lobby, are all wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking is readily available for those who need it. During check-in, you’ll notice that a portion of our front desk has a section at a lower height to accommodate different needs. For those who are blind, have low vision, or need assistance with reading printed or visual information, our staff will gladly assist.

We welcome all canine companions, especially guide dogs and service animals.

The accessible Pool House Queen Room has all the same charms and amenities, including plush bedding and air conditioning, but comes with the added ease of ground-floor entry at our own private door. As always, luggage assistance can be provided, and if you have any questions about our accessible features, please give us a call so that we can ensure an excellent stay.

Accessible Routes

Constance House Hotel Lobby: Front the parking lot located at The Constance House there is a ramp guiding to the front door. There is a 3-inch lip to get over the threshold into the lobby.

Guestrooms: To access The Constance Queen Accessible there is a ramp located off of The Constance House parking lot.

Take the ramp to the front door. There will be a 3-inch lip to get over to reach the hotel lobby. From there, you can access The Constance Queen Accessible. The Whitlock Double Accessible is accessed from The Whitlock House parking lot. The paved walkway is slightly uneven and leads to a concrete ramp.

The Whitlock Double Accessible can be accessed from the first floor of The Whitlock or reached directly from the patio off of the ramp. The Whitlock King Accessible is accessed the same way as the Whitlock Double Accessible. From the paved walkway, take the ramp to the front entry or the patio entrance of the room.
